Everstyle Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer international shipping to: Hong Kong, Macao, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, major European countries, and emerging markets such as Singapore, Thailand, and Japan. More countries and regions are being added regularly. Available shipping options will be automatically displayed at checkout based on your location.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer multiple shipping options for you to choose from at checkout:
Express Shipping (FedEx): Estimated delivery in 3-5 business days.
Economy Shipping (EconomiQ Plus): Estimated delivery in 7-11 business days. (Tax - inclusive)
Delivery times may vary depending on destination customs processing.
Your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. You will receive a "Ready to Ship" email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Tracking updates for some economy services may be delayed; please check back later if information is not immediately available.
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Our free shipping thresholds and standard shipping fees are optimized by region to offer you the best value.
How it works:
Free Shipping Threshold: Enjoy free shipping when your order reaches a specified amount for your region. Please see checkout for your specific threshold.
Standard Shipping Fees: If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, a fixed shipping fee will be applied based on your chosen service (Express or Economy).
For regions with multiple shipping options, each option has its own free shipping threshold. At checkout, you can choose between services, and the shipping cost will be automatically waived if your order reaches the corresponding minimum amount.

Important Notes:
a) Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order value meets the threshold for your region.
b) For US customers, the economy service is provided by EconomiQ Plus (tax-inclusive). A remote area surcharge may apply for final-mile delivery via USPS.
c) Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or peak season delays.
d) For Select Markets, FedEx Express service is not universally available. Please contact us at info@everstyle.com.hk before ordering to inquire.
4. Important Information
Customs & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Address Restrictions: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or freight forwarder addresses. We cannot be held liable for lost or delayed packages resulting from the use of such addresses, and our standard refund and liability policies may not apply.
5. Shipping Damage & Product Defects
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If items arrive with obvious damage from transit or manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos to facilitate a swift resolution.
