Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
· Return must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
· Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
· All original tags must be attached.
· Item must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
· Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Shipping Costs
· We Cover the Cost: If you received a damaged item or if we made an error in your order (e.g., wrong item or size).
· You Cover the Cost: For returns due to change of mind or fit issues, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer service team at info@everstyle.com.hk to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, ship your item to the address we provide.
3. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
· After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
· Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Important Note
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is shipped to an incorrect or invalid address and returned to us, a new shipping fee will be charged to re-send your order.
